Correct, cleaning the building upfront would be a great idea. But as said. too far to get a mower, rake, leaf blower etc.

Yes a concrete pad would be nice and easy and cheap... but i would think that would make the building permanent structure? and could subject us to wetlands review and permits?
 

Conner, The existing light fixtures utilize a standard edison bulb. For which were using LED bulbs. For some reason they dont stand up well and are constantly burning out.
